Громадська організація “Джерело надії України” в межах реалізації проєкту № GLO-001-HL “Інклюзивний центр психічного здоров’я, безпеки та соціальної підтримки”, що фінансується Федеральним міністерством закордонних справ Німеччини, та координується організацією Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe, в рамках  ‘Програми локалізації Help (HLF)’, звертається до Вас із проханням надати комерційну пропозицію на закупівлю послуг:

Лот 1 – Кава – паузи та фуршет для учасників форуму згідно Технічної специфікації

Лот 2 – Проживання для учасників форуму згідно Технічної специфікації

Лот 3 – Оренда зали для форуму згідно Технічної специфікації.

• Обов’язково надайте всі документи, зазначені в Запиті на Пропозицію, в пункті 5
• Для подання пропозицій обов’язковим є прийняття Загальних положень та умов для договорів про надання послуг, Кодексу поведінки для контрагентів, та Декларації для учасників тендеру та виконавців договорів. Із зазначеними документами можна ознайомитись за посиланням:

Для підтвердження ухвалення вищезгаданих умов необхідно підписати документ GEN 2-4_Confirmation_of_Compliance (у прикріпленому файлі).

Зверніть увагу!

• Кінцевий термін подання пропозицій не пізніше 18  лютого  2026 р., час – 15:00, пропозиції надіслані після зазначеного часу не будуть братися до уваги
• Пропозицію та всі необхідні документи відповідно до пункту 5 Запиту на пропозицію (файл SER_3-2_RFP_UKR_ENG) необхідно надіслати на електронну адресу [email protected]   до зазначеного терміну.
• Уважно ознайомтеся з документами для подання!!!

PUKR-GLO-001-HL-26-SOH-S-025 Provision of Conference Facilities, Catering and Accommodation for Forum Participants

“Spring of Hope.Ukraine”, within the framework of Project No. GLO-001-HL, “Inclusive Center for Mental Health, Safety, and Social Support”, funded by the German Federal Foreign Office and coordinated by Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe, as part of the Help Localization Program (HLF), asks to submit a proposal for  the purchase of services:

Lot 1 – Coffee breaks and buffet for forum participants according to the Technical Specification

Lot 2 – Accommodation for forum participants according to the Technical Specification

Lot 3 – Rental of a hall for the forum according to the Technical Specification.

• Be sure to provide all documents specified in the Request for Proposal, in section 5.
• To submit proposals, it is mandatory to accept the General Terms and Conditions for Service Contracts, Help Code of Conduct for Contractors, and Declaration for Tenderers, Candidates and Suppliers.

To confirm acceptance of the above terms and conditions, please sign the document GEN_2-4_Confirmation_of_Compliance (in the attached file).

Please note!

• The deadline for submitting proposals is no later than February  18, 2026, time – 15:00. Offers submitted after the specified time will not be considered.
• The proposal and all required documents, according to the section 5 of the Request for Proposal (file SER_3-2_RFP_UKR_ENG), must be sent to the email [email protected]  by the specified deadline.
• Please carefully review all submission documents!!!
