Грантовий конкурс на створення та зміцнення потенціалу Просторів турботи про ветерана
ЗАВЕРШЕНО
Некомерційна організація «Моментум Вілз фор Хьюменіті», що впроваджує проект Rehab4U, оголошує грантовий конкурс для організацій, метою якого є сприяння комплексному відновленню, гідному та цілісному поверненню ветеранів до цивільного життя шляхом створення та зміцнення потенціалу Просторів турботи про ветерана.
Проєкт кабінети “Простори турботи про ветеранів та ветеранок” реалізується Мінветеранів та Міністерством охорони здоров’я України на виконання Стратегії ветеранської політики. Кількість таких осередків продовжує зростати, щоб допомога ставала доступнішою для ветеранів і ветеранок у різних регіонах та громадах. У вересні 2025 – лютому 2026 рр. за підтримки проєкту «Реабілітація в Україні» (Rehabilitation for Ukraine) в межах грантової програми створено та облаштовано 4 таких простори: у Вінницькій ОКЛ ім. М.І. Пирогова (Вінницька обл.), Надвірнянській ЦРЛ (Івано-Франківська обл.), Вараській багатопрофільній лікарні (Рівненська обл.) та Всеукраїнському лікувально-реаблітаційному центрі «Циблі» (Київська обл.). Дана ініціатива є продовженням розбудови загальнонаціональної мережі підтримки ветеранів і ветеранок, у закладах охорони здоров’я по всій країні.
Зацікавлені у отриманні гранту заклади та організації запрошуються подати заявку на гранти у відповідності до вимог, що зазначені в документі, що додається – Request for Application.
Дедлайн для подачі заявок – не пізніше 23:00 (за київським часом) 01 березня 2026 року.

Grants for organizations to create and strength the capacity of Veteran Care Spaces
Dear partners,
The non-profit organization “Momentum Wheels for Humanity”, implementing the Rehab4U project, announces a grant competition for eligible Ukrainian entities to promote the comprehensive recovery, dignified and integral return of veterans to civilian life by creating and strengthening the capacity of Veteran Care Spaces.
The project “Veteran Care Spaces” is implemented by the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine as part of the implementation of the Veteran Policy Strategy. In 2025 15 Veteran Care Spaces were launched. The number of such hubs continues to grow to ensure that support becomes more accessible to veterans across different regions and communities. Between September 2025 and February 2026, with the support of the Rehabilitation for Ukraine (Rehab4U) project, four such spaces were established and equipped under the grant program: at Vinnytsia Regional Clinical Hospital named after M.I. Pyrogov (Vinnytsia Oblast), Nadvirna Central District Hospital (Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast), Varash Multidisciplinary Hospital (Rivne Oblast), and the All-Ukrainian Medical and Rehabilitation Center “Tsybli” (Kyiv Oblast). This initiative is a continuation of the development of a nationwide network of support for veterans within healthcare facilities across the country.
The Applicants interested in receiving a grant are invited to apply for grants in accordance with the requirements specified in the attached document – Request for Application.
The deadline for submitting applications is March 1, 2026 23:00 hours (11 pm) Kyiv time.
