Background
Pact seeks a Consultant to provide monitoring and evaluation services for anticipated FCDO-funded project Women Leading Response and Recovery in Ukraine, which is aimed at strengthing organizational, technical, adaptive and influencing capacities of WROs to lead a coordinated, gender-sensitive assistance response to relief and recovery and support the WPS agenda in Ukraine.
The project is implemented by a consortium of seven partner women’s CSOs(Chaika (Rivne), Dom 48.24 (Ivano-Frankivsk), Gender Creative Space (Lutsk), Oleksandria Gender Information Space (Kirovograd), Vidrodzhennya Natsiyi (Ternopil), and nationally – Women Lawyers Association JurFem and CSO “Divchata”) and consulting agency OneHealth.
The M&E Consultant will be responsible for maintaining the project’s M&E system and providing M&E support to the Project implementing partners.
Main purpose of consultancy/technical support
- Reviewing, updating, and maintaining program data collection tools.
- Aggregation and analyzing of projects partners interim and final reporting.
- Analyzing needs assessment reports and resources mapping in regions, and preparation of results documents.
- Preparation of analytical materials.

Deliverables:
I. Data collection tools updated.
II. Prepared recommendations on partners interim and final reporting.
III. Conducted data analysis for internal and external reporting.
IV. Prepared results of need assessment.

TECHNICAL MONITOR: Project Manager
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CONSULTANT:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Social Science (Sociology would be a preference).
- At least 3 years’ experience in project monitoring and evaluation.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent skills in computing, word processing, work with tables and graphs/diagrams etc.
- Shares feminist principles and values.
- Good inter-personal skills and ability to work collaboratively on a wide range of issues.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
