Консультанти з HCD (human-centered design)

Pact is recruiting HCD (human-centered design) consultants for the GAC-funded projects – “Women of Ukraine: Heard, Capable, Resilient”(WOU) aimed at increasing enjoyment of human rights by women and girls and the advancement of gender equality in Ukraine, and  “Women Included: Nurturing Growth & Security” (WINGS), aimed at enhancing economic prosperity for women and the most vulnerable and marginalized living in Ukraine.

Position Purpose

HCD consultants will work with Pact staff to co-adapt and co-develop HCD methodology for project needs, co-design training agenda and materials and conduct 2 trainings to WOU and WINGS partners. 

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in TOT (on-line) on HCD methodology;
• Co-adapt and co-develop HCD methodology for project needs;
• Co-design training agenda and materials for 2 trainings;
• Conduct 2 trainings for WOU and WINGS partners.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of HCD methodology (Design Thinking methodology)
• Experience in applying HCD methodology in development projects
• Strong trainer’s skills and experience in conducting trainings
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Strong facilitation skills
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Education and Experience Requirements

• University degree in economic, business or social sciences, or a related degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in applying HCD methodology.
• Proven experience in conducting trainings.
