Консультант/ка з підтримки каналу на YouTube/ YouTube Support Consultant

Deloitte is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a short-term Youtube Support Consultant for the Health Reform Communication Stream in support of the USAID Health Reform Support Project (HRS).

Period of Performance: February – September 2022

Level of effort: up to 80 working days

Project Background and Summary:

The purpose of USAID Health Reform Support is to support a transparent, accountable, and effective health care system that is capable of meeting the health needs of the Ukrainian people. Advancing health sector reforms, enhancing transparency, and tackling corruption will reduce out-of-pocket payments and improve access and availability of high-quality, evidence-based health care services for Ukrainians. Elimination of corruption is a cross-cutting theme across all objectives to be achieved by this activity, which includes:

1. Improve health sector governance.
2. Support the transformation of the healthcare financing model.
3. Strengthen the health workforce.
4. Enhance transparency, accountability, and responsiveness of the health care system.
5. Improve service delivery system at all levels.

Objective:

Youtube Support Consultant will provide technical support in optimizing the Ministry of Health and Center for Public Health channels on YouTube to improve its performance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a technical audit and content audit of the channels
• Conduct technical optimization of the channels that will include channel settings and channel design updates, and structurization of videos into playlists with descriptions
• Perform content optimization that will include an update of channels’ video titles, descriptions, tags; video covers update; adding interactive elements (e.g., end cards) for top 100 videos
• Setting up the channels for live streams, including YouTube events and integration with multistreaming services
• Develop channel management manual and conduct a workshop for the MOH and CPH comms team
• Create presentations, database documents, reports, and other documents needed throughout the workflow.
• Perform other tasks related to the stream, if needed.

Qualification requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven work with YouTube channels (portfolio is required)
• Experience in the creation and promotion of a successful YouTube channel will be an asset
• Experience with live-streaming will be an asset
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize and plan tasks
• Ability to take the initiative, function independently, and navigate ambiguity
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong coordination skills and proven experience in coordination efforts of different stakeholders
• Understanding Ukraine’s health system reform will be an asset
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance, meet deadlines and prioritize competing responsibilities
