Консультант з аналізу соціального повернення інвестицій (SROI)

Pact seeks a consultant on Social Return of Investment Analysis (SROI) for the GAC-funded project Women Included: Nurturing Growth & Security (WINGS) which is aimed at enhancing economic prosperity for women and the most vulnerable and marginalize living in Ukraine.

Main purpose of consultancy/technical support

Stage 1

• Facilitate the series of working meetings to:
• Develop TOR for SROI
• Develop the list of stakeholders
• Develop the map of changes for stakeholders
• Define the list of indicators to measure changes defined in the map of changes
• Develop the list of questions to collect data for defined indicators
• Incorporate questions into routine data collection tools used during the project implementation

Stage 2

• Conduct FGD with stakeholders to verify map of expected changes
• Conduct intermediate analysis of SROI
• Make amendments into data collection tools (if necessary)

Stage 3

• Conduct FGD with stakeholders to monetize the values of changes
• Conduct analysis of SROI
• Prepare report on SROI

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CONSULTANT:

• Experience in SROI conduction
• Strong experience in data collection and analysis
• Experience in FGD conduction
• Strong writing and oral skills in both Ukrainian and English.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills

Timeline*:

 *Anticipated due dates; dates may change due to project needs and will be confirmed with consultant.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:  Not to exceed 70 days between the period of September 10, 2020 – November 1, 2024.
