Project Overview
Women of Ukraine: heard, capable, resilient is a 5-years Project implemented by Pact Inc with support of Canadian embassy. Its ultimate outcome is Increased enjoyment of human rights by women and girls and the advancement of gender equality in Ukraine. Pact Inc seeks for Gender Equality consultant to implement the following activities:
1) Provide support with development of Feminist M&E system in Ukraine:
• Conduct situational analysis of existing feminist M&E system in Ukraine
• Set-up feminist M&E group
• Develop the list of feminist M&E indicators
2) Provide support with assessment of Ukrainian WROs gaps and needs in capacity development
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: May 20, 2019 – February 20, 2020
TECHNICAL MONITOR: Pact feminist MERL advisor
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CONSULTANT:
Minimum 5 years of experience in gender equality, women rights activity and civil society organizations in Ukraine
Experience in monitoring and evaluation and feminist monitoring and evaluation, in particular
Strong writing and oral skills in both Ukrainian and English
