ENGin шукає Nonprofit Program Coordinator – Matching (Remote Position)

ENGin is a nonprofit organization that pairs Ukrainian youth with English-speakers for free online conversation practice and cross-cultural connection. We work with students age 13-35 and volunteers age 14+. Our mission is to help a generation of Ukrainian youth improve their spoken English and intercultural skills, equipping them to access academic and professional opportunities.
We are looking for a program coordinator to pair up students and volunteers using our online matching platform. You will review student and volunteer profiles and make matches based on criteria such as schedule, interests, gender preference, English level and more.
Expected start date is August 15, and (paid) training is provided.
Requirements
- Enjoy and feel comfortable working with spreadsheets and database
- Great attention to detail
- English level: B2 or higher
- Long-term commitment (6-12 months minimum)
- Age 18+
- Share ENGin mission
Job Details
- Fully online – can be located anywhere in the world
- Workload 30+ hours/week (flexible schedule, but hours should be spread across 5-6 days of the week)
- Monthly salary is 13 500 UAH
