Job Description

Position: Junior Sales Manager
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine (with regional/international travel as required), hybrid.
Reports to: Country Manager

Role Overview

The Junior Sales Manager will assist in finding new clients, supporting existing partners, and preparing commercial proposals. This is a great opportunity to start a career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and attracting new clients.
  • Maintain communication with existing clients and partners.
  • Participate in the preparation of commercial proposals and tender documents.
  • Gather and update information on market trends and competitors.
  • Support the organization of meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Maintain and update the client database.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify potential clients, partners, and sales opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze sales and customer data to identify trends, preferences, and growth opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of regular reports and presentations for management based on research and analytics.

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business, Economics, Security Studies, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience in business development, capture management, market analysis, or related roles (experience in Ukraine/Eastern Europe preferred).
  • Strong interest or basic knowledge in market research and data analytics.
  • Ability to collect, structure, and interpret data from different sources (e.g., market trends, client feedback, competitor analysis).
  • Basic understanding of client relationship principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • English – B1-B2 level; Ukrainian – required.
