Introduction and Scope of work
TCA partners with the GOU, private sector, and civil society to increase the resilience of Ukraine’s democracy through innovative communications initiatives. As part of project activities, TCA requires the purchase of routine printing services for programmatic and operational implementation of project activities. The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit quotations from eligible Vendors for as-needed, ad hoc purchases of printing services in accordance with project’s needs.
