Вакансія: Сonsultant on women economic empowerment intervention

Pact seeks a consultant on women economic empowerment intervention for the GAC-funded project Women Included: Nurturing Growth & Security (WINGS) which is aimed at enhancing economic prosperity for women and the most vulnerable and marginalize living in Ukraine.

Main purpose of consultancy/technical support

• Adapt the Studio of Opportunities intervention to the WINGS project needs
• Adapt intervention implementation guides
• Develop training curriculum and materials
• Deliver training to implementing partners

Deliverables

1. Adapted intervention implementation guides
2. Developed training curriculum and materials

• Completed training report

Timeline:

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: October 1, 2020 – March 31, 2021

TECHNICAL MONITOR: Project Manager

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CONSULTANT:

1. Relevant experience in developing methodologies for women economic empowerment, social support or other related programs.
2. Knowledge of the Studio of Opportunities intervention and relevant experience in either its development or implementation.
3. Demonstrated experience in developing written reports and recommendations.
4. Training skills and at least 10 years of experience in delivering trainings to non-governmental and/or state organizations.
5. Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work independently, take initiative and meet deadlines.
7. Proficiency in English, Ukrainian and/or Russian.
