Pact Inc, is implementing a USAID-funded project Community Action for HIV Control. The project goal is to accelerate Ukraine’s efforts to achieve HIV epidemic control by 2030 by improved prevention, testing and linkage to care among key and priority populations.
Pact seeks the Coordinator for the refinement and deployment of the Information-Analytical System “Management of Services in the Field of Counteraction to Socially Dangerous Diseases.” (hereinafter – IAS “MSFCSDD”), who will facilitate coordination and communication between experts from the Department of Management and Counteraction to HIV Infection, the Information Technology Department of the Public Health Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (hereinafter – PHC) and software developers, to be responsible for:
- Coordination of refinement and deployment of the IAS “MSFCSDD”;
- Communication with specialists from the relevant departments of the CDC and external developers who will be carrying out the refinement of the software complex;
- Identification of business tasks and research of business processes in which the use of the IAS “MSFCSDD” is planned;
- Compiling a testing plan for new software modules of the software complex in collaboration with specialists from the relevant departments of the CPH;
- Monitoring the testing process and assisting the specialists from the management and HIV prevention department of the CPH in testing the software complex and new software modules that will be developed during the refinement of the IAS “MSFCSDD”;
- Monitoring and control of compliance with the schedule for the development of new software modules and refinement of the IAS “MSFCSDD”;
- Monitoring and control of the transfer of data from the Syrex system of the state program for HIV prevention to the IAS “MSFCSDD”, and final testing of the operation of all system modules.
Requirements:
- Degree in Management, Computer Science, Information System, or related field
- 2+ years of industry experience as a information system specialist, IT Manager or equivalent experience
- Experience of work with Information and telecommunication systems
- Good writing and speaking skills in both Ukrainian and English
- Interpersonal skills, punctuality, discipline, and mindfulness
