Position Title: (1122) Communications Manager on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving

Hours: Full Time

Duty Station: Kyiv (with partial remote work)

Monthly salary: 75 000 грн, Gross 

Reports To: the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine and the hiring agency

About the Organization:

The mission of Camino is to empower communities through the provision of essential WASH, protection, and energy services, fostering resilience, dignity, and self-sufficiency. Camino is a newly established public organization that formed as the local organization of Water Mission International, who has been responding in Ukraine since the onset of the Ukraine-Russia conflict in 2022.

Job Summary:

The Project Office of the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine is seeking a Communications Manager to highlight the implementation of energy efficiency and energy saving measures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies and plans to raise awareness of energy efficiency and energy saving.
• Prepare, edit, and adapt information materials (press releases, briefs, speeches, social media and website content) for various target audiences.
• Organize and provide information support for public events: briefings, presentations, round tables, seminars, and training sessions on energy efficiency.
• Liaise with local self-government bodies, community energy managers, specialized institutions, and civil society organizations.
• Coordinate media relations: prepare comments, initiate publications, and respond to media inquiries.
• Develop and implement information campaigns on programs and projects in energy efficiency and energy saving.
• Monitor the information environment and analyze citizens’ awareness of energy saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with contractors (designers, copywriters, video production) to create high-quality thematic content.
• Ensure alignment of all communications with the brand book and official messages of the Ministry.
• Perform other communication-related tasks in the field of energy efficiency and energy saving.

Qualifications:

• Higher education in communications, journalism, PR, marketing, or related fields.

• At least 2 years of experience in communications (preferably in projects related to community development).
• Experience in preparing and editing communication materials for various channels.
• Understanding of media operations and modern communication tools.

• Preferred Qualifications: Skills in organizing public events and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian; knowledge of English is an asset.
• Proactivity, strong communication skills, and results orientation.

• This position will be based in Kyiv

Проєктний офіс Міністерства розвитку громад та територій України шукає менеджера з комунікацій для висвітлення впровадження заходів з енергоефективності та енергозбереження.

Основні обов’язки:

• Розробка та реалізація комунікаційних стратегій і планів, спрямованих на підвищення обізнаності з питань енергоефективності та енергозбереження.

• Підготовка, редагування та адаптація інформаційних матеріалів (пресрелізи, інформаційні довідки, тези для виступів, матеріали для соцмереж і вебсайту) для різних цільових аудиторій.

• Організація та інформаційний супровід публічних заходів: брифінги, презентації, круглі столи, семінари та навчальні сесії з тематики енергоефективності.

• Взаємодія з органами місцевого самоврядування, енергоменеджерами громад, профільними установами та громадськими організаціями.

• Координація роботи з медіа: підготовка коментарів, ініціювання публікацій, реагування на запити ЗМІ.

• Розробка та проведення інформаційних кампаній щодо програм і проєктів у сфері енергоефективності та енергозбереження.

• Моніторинг інформаційного середовища та аналіз рівня поінформованості громадян щодо можливостей енергозбереження.

• Координація роботи з підрядниками (дизайнери, копірайтери, відеопродакшн) для створення якісного тематичного контенту.

• Забезпечення узгодженості всіх комунікацій із брендбуком та офіційними меседжами Мінрозвитку.

• Виконання інших завдань у межах напрямку комунікацій з питань енергоефективності та енергозбереження.

Вимоги до кандидата:

• Вища освіта у сфері комунікацій, журналістики, PR, маркетингу або суміжних галузях.

• Досвід роботи у сфері комунікацій від 2 років (бажано у проєктах, пов’язаних із розвитком громад).

• Досвід підготовки та редагування комунікаційних матеріалів для різних каналів.

• Розуміння принципів роботи ЗМІ та сучасних інструментів комунікацій.

• Навички організації публічних заходів та координації з різними стейкхолдерами.

• Впевнене володіння українською мовою. Знання англійської мови буде перевагою.

• Проактивність, комунікабельність, орієнтованість на результат.
