The administrative services reform is owned by the MEDT and sponsored by the EDGE to deliver on the Strategy 2020 focus on decentralization and public administration. To deliver this reform the MEDT and the EDGE have developed the Administrative Services Reform Office (ASO), that is tasked from the MEDT to re-engineer most popular administrative services, improve operating standards of the Administrative Service Centers across Ukraine and facilitate on-line services development.
PR and Communication Specialist will lead reform communication planning and action.
The total duration of the consultancy is expected to be 12 months, based in Kyiv.
