Deloitte is seeking qualified candidates for the open position of SAP Developer in support of the USAID Health Reform Support project. The position is full-time and will be done remotely.
Period of Performance: ASAP – September 30, 2023 (with the possibility of extension)

Project Description
The purpose of the USAID Health Reform Support (HRS) project is to support a transparent, accountable, and effective health care system that is capable of meeting the health needs of the Ukrainian people. Advancing health sector reforms, enhancing transparency, and tackling corruption will reduce out-of-pocket payments and improve access and availability of high quality, evidence-based health care services for Ukrainians. Elimination of corruption is a cross-cutting theme across all objectives to be achieved by this activity, which include:
- Improve health sector governance.
- Support the transformation of the healthcare financing model.
- Strengthen the health workforce.
- Enhance transparency, accountability, and responsiveness of the health care system.
- Improve service delivery system at all levels.
Background/Objective
The SAP Developer will ensure the successful development SAP functionality for the National Healthcare Service of Ukraine (NHSU).
Responsibilities
Development and testing next SAP ERP functionality:
- Setup interfaces for Data export from SAP (ERP, SRM, BPC) to DWH
- Migration of balances or open items (not FSCD)
- Integration testing
- Data migration
- Preparation of materials for training of external users
- Go live support of critical tasks for putting the system into production
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, using diplomatic and tactful language, even in stressful, time-sensitive situations
- Minimum 3 years of previous configuration experience of system modules (SAP ERP, etc.), including knowledge of the basic processes of contract development, accounting, role setting and configuration debugging
- SAP consultant/developer experience in:
- FI customizations;
- General customizing SAP FI architecture in connection with other SAP modules,
- Customization of incoming bank statements, outgoing payments, legal forms, VAT processes, developments; Credit Management customizing;
- SAP modules CO, FM, MM, SD, as much as it is necessary to understand integration between SAP FI and these modules;
- Development of technical project documentation that describes configurations made
- Fluency in Ukranian is a huge advantage
- Knowledge of contracting processes in accordance with the health insurance program will be an advantage
- Ability to work outside of standard business hours, on an as needed/required basis
