Razom We Stand, the grassroot organization aimed to spread the word on embargo on russian fossil fuels and ceasing all investments into russian fossil fuel industry, seeks a Digital Organizer to increase the campaign’s exposure to the press, expand its social media presence, and overall reach of the campaign activities. 

We are looking for a person who has at least 3 years of experience in a similar or related role in digital campaigning and organizing, political campaign organizing or advocacy campaigning. With strong project management, communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to enhance a culture of collaboration, openness, trust, equity, and inclusion;  resilience and ability to consistently meet deadlines; ability to create social media materials such as short videos, images and infographics; experience running digital ad campaigns including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and google ads; excellent verbal and written communications skills, with fluency in English.

The candidate is expected:

- To devise and recommend a plan and strategy for online mobilization and organizing work in conjunction with the overall RWS strategy 

- Engage in digital campaign planning, including organizing, developing, and coordinating online email, mobile, and social media outreach 

- Produce social media content, design graphics and memes, and develop other online content to help achieve campaign goals

- Write and edit email, mobile alerts, social media content, blogs, and other digital content 

- Manage RWS website, design user journeys and coordinate paid promotions through social media and google ads.
