Deloitte шукає кваліфікованих кандидатів на позицію Медіа аналітикa для проєкту USAID SOERA “Діяльність у рамках реформи державних підприємств України”. Далі – англійською:

Deloitte is seeking a qualified Media Analyst for the USAID SOERA Project in Ukraine. The position is full-time/remote but requires a location in Ukraine.

Project Background and Summary:

The purpose of the Ukraine SOERA is to strengthen public sector business operations and transparency, improving governance and oversight, advancing privatization of selected SOEs, and developing a strategic management model for SOEs remaining in state ownership. Smart reform and targeted privatization of Ukraine’s SOEs will reduce opportunities for corruption, increase private sector participation, and stimulate broad-based economic growth. Objectives to be achieved by this activity will include:

1. SOE Mapping, Information, and Strategy.
2. Reform Coordinating Mechanism (RCM) and Strategic Communications.
3. Reviewing and Improving SOE Policies, Legislation, and Regulations.
4. Facilitating SOE Privatization.
5. Improving Corporate Governance and Management of SOEs.
6. Providing Emergency Response and Recovery Preparation Technical Assistance to the GOU and SOEs

Responsibilities:

• Monitor communication activities of the US and Ukrainian officials related to the US Direct Budget Support to the Government of Ukraine (press releases, speeches, interviews, etc.)
• Oversee the work of the media-monitoring agency and review daily media monitoring
• Analyze the news media coverage to create and distribute regular reports with the most relevant news related to US Government financial assistance to Ukraine
• Provide support to the overall communications team
• Create and disseminate reports in Ukrainian and English to the Project Team and USAID regarding the sentiment and narratives about the US Government financial assistance to the Government of Ukraine (based on the media and social media monitoring service)
• Conduct a performance evaluation of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and USAID communication campaigns and other activities related to the US Government Direct Budget Support to the Government of Ukraine based on approved metrics

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in the following areas: Economics, Finance, Journalism, Linguistics, Communications, or relevant
• Experience in data analysis, knowledge of analytics tools is a must
• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian is required
• Experience in preparing communication products in English and Ukrainian
• Analysis of media and informational materials on financial topics will be considered as an advantage
• Work experience in USAID or other donors’ projects will be an advantage
• High level of self-organization.
