Deloitte is seeking three qualified candidates to serve as short-term Google Local Guides for the Health Reform Communication Stream in support of the USAID Health Reform Support Project (HRS).
Period of Performance: January 2021 – May 2022
Expected Deliverable: 2 400 healthcare facilities points on Google Maps (800 per Google Local Guide)
Project Background and Summary:
The purpose of USAID Health Reform Support is to support a transparent, accountable, and effective health care system that is capable of meeting the health needs of the Ukrainian people. Advancing health sector reforms, enhancing transparency, and tackling corruption will reduce out-of-pocket payments and improve access and availability of high-quality, evidence-based health care services for Ukrainians. Elimination of corruption is a cross-cutting theme across all objectives to be achieved by this activity, which includes:
- Improve health sector governance.
- Support the transformation of the healthcare financing model.
- Strengthen the health workforce.
- Enhance transparency, accountability, and responsiveness of the health care system.
- Improve service delivery system at all levels.
Objective
Google Local Guides (GLG) will provide technical support in Heath Care Facilities’ points on Google Maps creation/update, verification, and rights transfer to regional DOH administrators.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Developing a template for HCFs’ data collection
- Creating/updating 2400 (800 per GLG) HCFs’ points on Google Maps with relevant information on location, name, contacts, etc.
- Verifying HCFs’ points on Google Maps
- Transferring rights to departments of regional administrators
- Perform other tasks related to the stream, if needed.
Qualification requirements:
- At least 3-years of proven experience as Google Local Guide in Ukraine
- At least Google Local Guide Level 10
- Strong coordination skills and proven experience in coordination efforts of different stakeholders
- Understanding Ukraine’s health system reform will be an asset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance, meet deadlines and prioritize competing responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
