ЗАВЕРШЕНО
Мета діяльності Проєкту USAID «Підтримка реформи охорони здоров‘я» (Проєкт) полягає у підтримці прозорої, підзвітної та ефективної системи охорони здоровʼя, здатної задовольняти потреби населення України. Сприяння реформуванню сектору охорони здоровʼя, підвищення прозорості та боротьба з корупцією зменшать власні витрати громадян на охорону здоров‘я та покращать доступ українців до високоякісних та заснованих на доказах медичних послуг. Спеціаліст з питань комунікації надаватиме підтримку Керівнику напрямку комунікації Проєкту з усіх комунікаційних та адміністративних питань.
ОБОВ’ЯЗКИ
- розробка інформаційних матеріалів проєкту відповідно до наявних шаблонів і інструкцій: вісники, інформаційні бюлетені, публікації в соціальних мережах і статті з описом досягнень проєкту
- участь у координації роботи дизайнерів, фотографів, відеооператорів та інших партнерів для створення якісного візуального контенту
- розвиток відносин з внутрішніми і зовнішніми зацікавленими сторонами та інформування їх про роботу проєкту
- спільно з технічною командою проводити мозковий штурм для генерування ідей до контенту відповідно до напрямків діяльності проєкту та для підтримки різноманітних ініціатив, які сприяють цій діяльності
- побудова та підтримка стосунків зі ЗМІ: обробка запитів на інтерв’ю, заяви тощо
- співпраця з комунікаційною командою для публікації новин і результатів проєкту у ЗМІ, а також підготовка прес-релізів та медіа-пакетів/прес-кітів
- забезпечення комунікаційної підтримки заходів проєкту: конференцій, презентацій тощо.
ВИМОГИ
- досвід роботи від 2 років спеціалістом з питань комунікації
- високий рівень підготовки звітів
- високий професійний рівень володіння англійською та українською мовами
- високий рівень написання текстів українською та англійською мовами
- критичне мислення, аналітичний розум та інтелектуальна допитливість
- навички або досвід роботи з даними та моніторингу
- досвід інформування про реформу буде перевагою

Deloitte is seeking qualified candidates to serve as Communications Specialist in support of the USAID Health Reform Support (HRS) project. The position is full-time and will be based in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Project Background and Summary:
The purpose of the USAID Health Reform Support is to support a transparent, accountable, and effective health care system that is capable of meeting the health needs of the Ukrainian people. Advancing health sector reforms, enhancing transparency, and tackling corruption will reduce out-of-pocket payments and improve access and availability of high quality, evidence-based health care services for Ukrainians. Elimination of corruption is a cross-cutting theme across all objectives to be achieved by this activity, which include:
- Improve health sector governance.
- Support the transformation of the healthcare financing model.
- Strengthen the health workforce.
- Enhance transparency, accountability and responsiveness of the health care system.
- Improve service delivery system at all levels.
Background/Objective
The Communications Specialist will support the Project Communications Lead across all communications and administrative needs.
Scope of Services
Communications services will include, but will not be limited to:
- Develop the project’s informational materials consistent with relevant templates and guidelines: newsletters, info bullets, social media publications, and articles describing the project’s achievements
- Take part in the coordination of the work of designers, photographers, videographers, and other partners in producing high-quality visual content
- Foster relationships and communicate the project’s work to internal and external stakeholders
- Work with technical team to brainstorm content ideas in line with the project’s activities and in support of various initiatives that promote these activities
- Build and maintain relationships with media; handle requests for interviews, statements, etc.
- Collaborate with the communication team in reaching media with updates on the project’s news and results, as well as preparing press releases and media packages/press kits
- Provide communication support to the project’s events: conferences, presentations, etc.
Qualifications
- No less than 2 years of proven work experience as Communications Specialist
- Strong reporting capabilities
- Any reform communication experience will be an asset
- Advanced working proficiency in English and Ukrainian
- Advanced writing skills in English and Ukrainian
- Critical thinker, analytically minded, and intellectually curious
- Data and monitoring skills/experience
