Pact Inc, is implementing a USAID-funded project Community Action for HIV Control. The project goal is to accelerate Ukraine’s efforts to achieve HIV epidemic control by 2030 by improved prevention, testing and linkage to care among key and priority populations.

Pact seeks for a Data visualization consultant specializing in data visualization using software platform – Tableau online, to create interactive visualizations, dashboards, and reports for project needs. The Consultant will perform the following tasks: 

Pact seeks for a Data visualization consultant to perform the following tasks:

• Build Tableau reports and visualization based on project requirements;
• Identify data sources that can be used to develop the visual representation of data;
• Propose solutions for database structure and data source used for visualization;
• Propose solutions for different type of data visualization;
• Develop user friendly data visuals;
• Provide support of developed reports and dashboards;
• Provide regular update of data visualization upon new data arrival.

Requirements:

• 2 or more years of experience in developing data visualizations through Tableau;
• Knowledge of Tableau APIs in support of developing administration-related tools and operations;
• Strong report/dashboard design experience. Familiarity with best practices around visualization and design;
• Working knowledge of databases, database system structures, and managing complex data from multiple data sources;
• Tableau certification a plus;
• Experience in visualizing health and healthcare data, a plus;
