Європейська Академія Лідерства і Дебатів запрошує дівчат від 25 до 35 років з України, Молдови, Вірменії та Грузії до участі в програмі Жіноча Академія Лідерства, закінчення якої буде відбуватися у вигляді Саміту в Тбілісі. Далі – англійською.
The Future is Female!
Are you a female professional, already leading others or thriving for a female leadership position? Are you from Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, or Armenia? Do you want to learn up-to-date leadership skills for the digital age and meet other inspiring female leaders? Are you interested in creating a high-end conference about female leadership with other European female professionals? Do you not only want to be a part of the change, but be the change? Then we think you are the perfect match for us! Apply for our exclusive and innovative Female Leader Summit 2020! We are looking for 12 female leaders that are willing to go on a journey together. The journey
includes three seminars and the final conference in Tbilisi.

Seminar I: 10.08.2020 – 14.08.2020 (online) Seminar II: 21.09.2020 – 25.09.2020 (online) Seminar III: 12.10.2020 – 16.10.2020 in Kyiv, Ukraine Summit: 12.11.2020 – 15.11.2020 in Tbilisi, Georgia Please note: Due to Covid-19 the first two seminars will take place online. We will watch the the situation closely and decide timely whether seminar III and the summit will take place online or on-site.
About the project.
The future is female? Okay, got it. But change does not drive without the right players. That is why we want YOU to become a true leader – with a personality, mindset, and skills that make the difference. Being a woman in a predominantly male leadership environment can be challenging. Women on the rise are often struggling with a lack of support. We believe that one of the biggest strengths of female leaders is their ability to connect and build communities. That is why we created a safe space for women who believe they can make a difference and accompany them on their path. Our focus: Seminar I: Leadership & Agile Work Seminar II: Communication & Networking Seminar III: Female Empowerment
Who can apply?
The number of participants for the Female Leader Summit is strictly limited to 12 women. Participants are invited from the tech and startup scene, creative & media industries, civil society & NGO representatives and politicians between 25 – 35 years from Georgia, Ukraine, Moldova, and Armenia. Proficiency in English is required. Costs There is no participation fee. We offer you free accommodation (for those seminars taking place on-site) . For those coming from abroad, a limited number of travel grants is available. Generous funding is provided by the German Federal Foreign Office.
