DAI Global LLC, the implementer of the USAID-funded project “Financial Sector Transformation in Ukraine”, announces a tender on developing a roadmap for the migration from the current state of cash settlement in Ukraine to the most appropriate Delivery-versus-Payment securities settlement system, and invites qualified suppliers to submit their proposals in accordance with the enclosed RFP.
The deadline for the receipt of questions is March 17, 2021, 18:00 Kyiv time to [email protected].
The deadline for the receipt of proposals is March 24, 2021, 18:00 Kyiv time to [email protected].

Issuance of this RFP in no way obligates DAI to award a subcontract or purchase order and offerors will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with the preparation of their bid.
