тендер включає в себе 11 лотів:
Лот 1. Проведення онлайн консультації за темою: Розробка стратегічного плану діяльності неприбуткової організації та операційного плану реалізації стратегічних пріоритетів.
Лот 2. Проведення онлайн консультації за темою: Розробка комунікаційної стратегії/плану для супроводу діяльності неприбуткової організації.
Лот 3. Проведення онлайн консультації за темою: Розробка фандрейзингової стратегії неприбуткової організації з акцентом на роботу з локальними донорами (бізнесом, громадянами, місцевим самоврядуванням тощо)/міжнародними донорами.
Лот 4. Проведення онлайн консультації за темою: Побудова системи внутрішньої комунікації в неприбутковій організації. Впровадження цифрових рішень для управління процесами.
Лот 5. Проведення онлайн консультації за темою: Розробка та впровадження (актуалізації) комплексу внутрішніх політик (політика запобігання конфлікту інтересів, протидії корупції, положення про закупівлі тощо).
Лот 6. Проведення онлайн консультації за темою: Розробка безпекової та цифрової політик.
Лот 7. Створення системи моніторингу та оцінки результатів проектної діяльності неприбуткової організації (MEAL).
Лот 8. Проведення онлайн консультації за темою: Розвиток кадрового потенціалу та HR-політики. Розробка тактики заповнення вакансій.
Лот 9. Проведення онлайн консультації за темою: Проведення консультацій для керівництва організації з ефективного управління командою та оптимізації процесів в неприбутковій організації.
Лот 10. Проведення онлайн консультації за темою: Розробка системи оцінки потреб бенефіціарів та інструментів збору даних.
Лот 11. Проведення онлайн консультації за темою: Розробити процедуру та необхідні документи для механізму зворотного зв’язку, процедури розгляду чутливих скарг та реагування на них.
За результатами тендера буде обрано до 4х переможців для кожної з тем.
Замовник залишає за собою право змінювати об’єми послуг. Об’єм послуг визначається спільно з менеджером проекту БФ «Право на захист».
Фонд має право прийняти або відхилити будь-яку пропозицію або анулювати тендер в будь-який час до заключення договору з постачальником і не несе за це відповідність.
Учасник у будь-який момент, але не пізніше як за 2 (два) дні до кінцевого терміну подання тендерних пропозицій може звернутися до Фонду за роз’ясненнями або уточненнями стосовно предмету закупівлі, надіславши лист із запитом на електронну адресу: [email protected].

Учасник не має бути в санкційних списках України, ЄС, США, Канади, Японії, Великобританії.
Учасник не має перебувати в процесі припинення діяльності ТОВ або ФОП.
Вимоги подання технічної пропозицій зазначено в файлі “Технічне завдання” який є невід’ємною частиною цього запрошення.
Ваша фінансова пропозиція повинна подаватися згідно з Формою фінансової пропозиції (Додаток В).
Цінова пропозиція повинна бути подана за встановленою формою з використанням української гривні в якості валюти. Учасник самостійно визначає ціну на послуги, які він пропонує надати за Договором про закупівлю. Додаткові послуги та витрати, які не були погоджені та передбачені Договором, не оплачуються.
Пропозицію для кожного лота необхідно направити окремо у вигляді двох електронних листів:
1 лист з назвою «Технічна пропозиція до тендеру № Q1-T149-RFP NP Лот №__ » має містити заповнений додаток А (відсканований і excel) і документи, вказані у додатку. Фінансову інформацію в Технічній частині не подавати.
2 лист з назвою «Фінансова пропозиція до тендеру № Q1-T149-RFP NP Лот №__» має містити заповнений додаток В (відсканований і excel).

Lot 1. Conducting online consultations on the topic: Development of a strategic plan for the activities of a non-profit organization and an operational plan for the implementation of strategic priorities.
Lot 2. Conducting online consultations on the topic: Development of a communication strategy/plan to support the activities of a non-profit organization.
Lot 3. Conducting online consultations on the topic: Development of a fundraising strategy for a non-profit organization with an emphasis on working with local donors (business, citizens, local governments, etc.)/international donors.
Lot 4. Conducting online consultations on the topic: Building an internal communication system in a non-profit organization. Implementation of digital solutions for process management.
Lot 5. Conducting online consultations on the topic: Development and implementation (updating) of a set of internal policies (policy for preventing conflict of interest, combating corruption, procurement regulations, etc.).
Lot 6. Conducting online consultations on the topic: Development of security and digital policies.
Lot 7. Conducting online consultations on the topic: Creation of a system for monitoring and evaluating the results of project activities of a non-profit organization (MEAL).
Lot 8. Conducting online consultations on the topic: Development of human resources and HR policy. Development of tactics for filling vacancies.
Lot 9. Conducting online consultations on the topic: Consulting for the organization’s management on effective team management and process optimization in a non-profit organization.
Lot 10. Conducting online consultations on the topic: Development of a system for assessing the needs of beneficiaries and data collection tools.
Lot 11. Conducting online consultations on the topic: Develop a procedure and necessary documents for a feedback mechanism, a procedure for considering sensitive complaints and responding to them.
For each lot, a separate proposal must be submitted in separate messages with the appropriate topics.
Up to 4 winners will be selected for each topic based on the results of the tender.
The customer reserves the right to change the scope of services. The scope of services is determined jointly with the project manager of the Right to Protection Foundation.
The Fund has the right to accept or reject any offer or cancel the tender at any time before concluding a contract with the supplier and is not liable for this.
The participant may contact the Fund at any time, but no later than 2 (two) days before the deadline for submitting tender offers, for clarifications or clarifications regarding the subject of the procurement by sending a letter with a request to the e-mail address: [email protected]

The participant must not be on the sanctions lists of Ukraine, the EU, the USA, Canada, Japan, or the UK.
The participant must not be in the process of terminating the activities of an LLC or individual entrepreneur.
The requirements for submitting a technical proposal are specified in the “Terms of Reference” file, which is an integral part of this invitation.
Your financial proposal must be submitted in accordance with the Financial Proposal Form (Annex B).
The price proposal must be submitted in the prescribed form using Ukrainian hryvnia as the currency. The Participant independently determines the price for the services it proposes to provide under the Procurement Agreement. Additional services and costs that have not been agreed and provided for in the Agreement will not be paid.
The proposal for each lot must be sent separately in the form of two e-mails:
1 letter with the title “Technical proposal for tender No. Q1-T149-RFP NP Lot No.__” must contain the completed Appendix A (scanned and excel) and the documents specified in the appendix. Do not submit financial information in the Technical Part.
2 letter with the title “Financial proposal for tender No. Q1-T149-RFP NP Lot No.__” must contain the completed Appendix B (scanned and excel).
