Dear civil society and NGO leaders.
When was the last time you were able to reflect on the development of your organisation and your own personal resources?
We warmly invite you to apply for a scholarship for the “Civil Society Leadership Programme for Ukraine” offered by NGO Academy. This comprehensive programme aims to refine the management know-how, leadership skills, organisational resilience and networks of civil society and NGO leaders, thereby improving the capacity of selected organisations based and active in Ukraine.
The programme consists of:
- A 10-day-physical programme, taking place in Austria from 29 September – 8 October 2025.
- Individual online coaching sessions from November to December 2025
- An online wrap-up session on 30 January 2025
The number of participants is limited, all costs related to the programme are covered by the scholarship.

The first edition of the Civil Society Leadership Programme for Ukraine was implemented in 2024.
