БФ “Право на Захист” запрошує вас до участі в тендері на закупівлю послуг проведення тренінгів за різними темами
Географія учасників проекту: Запорізька, Миколаївська, Одеська Херсонська, Львівська, Івано-Франківська, Київська, Полтавська, Сумська, Харківська та Дніпропетровська області.
Формат надання послуг: онлайн.
Період надання послуг: березень 2026 р. – червень 2026 р.

Інформація про тендер:
тендер включає в себе 10 лотів:
Лот № 1 Актуалізація статутних документів ОГС відповідно до законодавства.
Лот № 2 Створення системи моніторингу та оцінки результатів проектної діяльності неприбуткової організації (MEAL).
Лот №3 Діджитал інструменти для онлайн-подій: організація та проведення тренінгів і вебінарів, групових консультацій тощо.
Лот № 4 Цифрова безпека і захист персональних даних.
Лот № 5 Розробка стратегічного плану діяльності неприбуткової організації та операційного плану реалізації стратегічних пріоритетів.
Лот № 6 Розробка комунікаційної стратегії/плану для супроводу діяльності неприбуткової організації.
Лот № 7 Побудова системи внутрішньої комунікації в неприбутковій організації. Впровадження цифрових рішень для управління процесами.
Лот №8 Адвокація vs правозахист. Розробка дорожньої карти адвокаційної кампанії.
Лот № 9 Висвітлення чутливих тем і етична комунікація: термінологія та підходи.
Лот № 10 Діджитал інструменти для роботи з даними та обліку бенефіціарів в Excel для ОГС.
Учасник може подати свою пропозицію як на один, так і на кілька лотів. Для кожного лота необхідно подати окрему пропозицію в окремих повідомленнях з відповідними темами.
За результатами тендера буде обрано по одному переможцю для кожної з тем (але один переможець може бути обраний для викладання кількох тем).
Замовник залишає за собою право змінювати об’єми послуг. Об’єм послуг визначається спільно з менеджером проекту БФ «Право на захист».
Фонд має право прийняти або відхилити будь-яку пропозицію або анулювати тендер в будь-який час до заключення договору з постачальником і не несе за це відповідність.
Учасник у будь-який момент, але не пізніше як за 2 (два) дні до кінцевого терміну подання тендерних пропозицій може звернутися до Фонду за роз’ясненнями або уточненнями стосовно предмету закупівлі, надіславши лист із запитом на електронну адресу: [email protected].

Учасник не має бути в санкційних списках України, ЄС, США, Канади, Японії, Великобританії.
Учасник не має перебувати в процесі припинення діяльності ТОВ або ФОП.
Вимоги подання технічної пропозицій зазначено в файлі “Технічне завдання” який є невід’ємною частиною цього запрошення.
Ваша фінансова пропозиція повинна подаватися згідно з Формою фінансової пропозиції (Додаток В).
Цінова пропозиція повинна бути подана за встановленою формою з використанням української гривні в якості валюти. Учасник самостійно визначає ціну на послуги, які він пропонує надати за Договором про закупівлю. Додаткові послуги та витрати, які не були погоджені та передбачені Договором, не оплачуються.
Лист з Пропозицією відправляти з назвою «Пропозиція до тендеру №Q1-T165-RFP Лот _ » має містити заповнений додаток В (відсканований і excel) і документи, вказані у ТЗ.

INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN TENDER No. Q1-T165-RFP LOT for the purchase of online training services on various topics
DATE AND TIME OF CLOSING OF PROPOSALS: March 20, 2026 – 14:00 Eastern European Time
“Right to Protection”CF invites you to participate in the tender for the purchase of training services on various topics
Geography of project participants: Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Kherson, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Dnipro regions.
Service provision format: online.
Service provision period: March 2026 – June 2026.
A detailed list of tasks is specified in the “Terms of Reference” file, which is an integral part of this invitation.

Tender information:
The tender includes 10 lots:
Lot 1. Update of the statutory documents of CSOs in accordance with the law.
Lot 2. Creation of a system for monitoring and evaluating the results of project activities of a non-profit organisation (MEAL).
Lot 3. Digital tools for online events: organisation and conduct of training courses and webinars, group consultations, etc.
Lot 4. Digital security and personal data protection.
Lot 5. Development of a strategic action plan for a non-profit organisation and an operational plan for the implementation of strategic priorities.
Lot 6. Development of a communication strategy/plan to support the activities of a non-profit organisation.
Lot 7. Building an internal communication system in a non-profit organisation. Implementation of digital solutions for process management.
Lot 8. Advocacy vs rights protection. Development of a roadmap for an advocacy campaign.
Lot 9. Covering sensitive topics and ethical communication: terminology and approaches.
Lot 10. Digital tools for working with data and accounting for beneficiaries, working in Excel for CSOs.
A participant may submit a proposal for one or more lots. For each lot, a separate proposal must be submitted in separate messages with the corresponding topics.
According to the results of the tender, one winner will be selected for each topic (but one winner may be selected to teach several topics).
The customer reserves the right to change the scope of services. The scope of services is determined jointly with the project manager of the Right to Protection Foundation.
The Fund has the right to accept or reject any offer or cancel the tender at any time before concluding a contract with the supplier and is not liable for this.
The participant may contact the Fund at any time, but no later than 2 (two) days before the deadline for submitting tender offers, for clarifications or clarifications regarding the subject of the procurement by sending a letter with a request to the e-mail address: [email protected]

The participant must not be on the sanctions lists of Ukraine, the EU, the USA, Canada, Japan, or the UK.
The participant must not be in the process of terminating the activities of an LLC or individual entrepreneur.
The requirements for submitting a technical proposal are specified in the “Terms of Reference” file, which is an integral part of this invitation.
Your financial proposal must be submitted in accordance with the Financial Proposal Form (Annex B).
The price proposal must be submitted in the prescribed form using Ukrainian hryvnia as the currency. The Participant independently determines the price for the services it proposes to provide under the Procurement Agreement. Additional services and costs that have not been agreed and provided for in the Agreement will not be paid.
The Proposal Letter should be sent with the title “Proposal for Tender No. Q1-T165-RFP Lot № __ ” and must contain a completed Appendix B (scanned and excel) and the documents specified in the TOR.
