Спеціаліст з розподілу допомоги (Distribution Officer)

Location: Sieverodonetsk, Luhansk Region
Position Type: Full-time
Deadline: applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
Duration of the project: 5 months (December 2015 – April 2016)
Core Functions / Responsibilities:
– Develops the project evaluation and assessment tools (questionnaires, application forms etc.) for identification of project beneficiaries of cash assistance in his/her respective area.
– Oversees the evaluation exercise on households economic condition and poverty level in his/her target area.
– Develops coordination and information sharing mechanism with contact persons at local level (urban and rural areas) with the state and non-state actors (district social policy departments, INGO, NGO etc) for identification of project beneficiaries in his/her respective area.
– Maintains and shares consolidated base line data of target beneficiarie.
– Conducts regular field visits together with the project team.
– Communicates with the Tdh project team including child protection project for better coordination and identification of beneficiaries.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in non-governmental sector, community work or social work;
- Ability to think complex and understand the needs of community;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Positive attitude;
- Fluency in Russian, Ukrainian and English.
