Public-Private Partnership (PPP) reform initiative will result in significant achievements in progress of construction of new detention centers in Ukraine`s major cities Kiev, Lviv and Odessa according to the requirements of each separate project`s stage, technical assistance allows these projects to happen and would be a basis for the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (MoJ) to realize similar projects in future.

Legal Advisor, within the MoJ, will provide legal and procedural support of the project, evaluate of PPP pre-tender and tender bids and cost-efficiency analyses, synchronize of document workflow in Ukrainian and English and maintain project data.
