Position Description:

The FAC Supply Clerk is under the direct supervision of the Building Engineer. The position is responsible for the full end-to-end life cycle of the supplies used to support the Facilities Section of the Embassy. This consist of the routine ordering, receiving, storage, organization, issuing, and disposal of facilities expendable supplies and non-expendable property for approximately 10,000 FAC work requests received annually. Position is responsible for the safekeeping and control of FAC supplies located in multiple storage areas with a total value of over $500,000.

Qualifications required:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Minimum three years progressively responsible experience in property management.
• Fluency (speaking/reading/writing) in English and Ukrainian is required.

Job knowledge:

• Must have detailed knowledge in inventory control system, stock record keeping, and auditing procedures.
• Must have broad technical knowledge of construction, maintenance, and repair materials.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of MS Office application package (Word, Excel, and Outlook) in order to operate and maintain an electronic inventory control system and standard office practices/procedures.
