- Консультант/ка із питань психічного здоров’я та психосоціальної підтримки
Responsibilities
- Plan for and implement technical assistance in the areas of mental health and psychosocial services, with a focus on trauma-informed care for Ukrainian youth
- Provide technical direction to the UNITY team on integrating trauma-informed approaches for youth into all activities
- Develop and deliver trainings on trauma-informed care and positive youth development to stakeholders
- Establish and maintain a MHPSS Community of Practice for youth workers
- Lead the development and implementation of an internship program, as requested, and manage colleagues’ participation in the program
- Lead MHPSS activity planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting
- Support client relationship management
- Travel to UNITY activity sites (as security allows)
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Current resident of Ukraine
- Oral fluency in Ukrainian and English
- Excellent writing skills in Ukrainian and English
- Extensive knowledge of mental health and psychosocial support standards and best practices as it pertains to youth ages 15-35
- Ability to track and manage multiple workstreams
- Process-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
