Swiss TPH is looking for a medical practitioner with a medical degree who will develop guidelines and standard operating procedures for screening for 3 cancer nosologies based on evidence-based medicine and develop technical recommendations for SOPs for entering screening data into the electronic healthcare system.
Main purpose of consultancy/technical support
- Provide technical consultations on the development of guidelines and standard operating procedures for evidence-based cancer screening, taking into account data entry into the electronic healthcare system;
- Prepare technical recommendations for SOPs, taking into account step-by-step actions in the electronic healthcare system, namely, entering screening data into the electronic healthcare system;
- Provide the training on “Healthy behaviour, prevention of NCD risk factors, screening, diagnosis and treatment of NCDs with a focus on mobile multidisciplinary primary care teams”.

Provide checklists and standard operating procedures for relevant inspections of mobile multidisciplinary teams.
- In cooperation with the project team, review and, if necessary, adjust already developed materials on cancer screening;
Ensure proper reporting on delivery in accordance with the project requirements.
Period of performance: February – March 2024.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university in medicine, public health, or healthcare;
- At least five years of experience in the healthcare sector;
- Broad understanding of public health needs and health systems;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Fluency in Ukrainian (competent oral and written communication) and ability to understand written materials in English.
