Background
Pact seeks a short term administrative assistant to support implementation of activities for the GAC-funded projects Women Included: Nurturing Growth and Security (WINGS) and Women of Ukraine: heard, capable, resilient.
Main purpose of consultancy/logistical support
Short term administrative assistant main responsibility is to support events logistic and staff travel, that includes but not limited:
- Assist with procurement of goods and services for project events
- Collect invoices from vendors for further payment by finance staff.
- Assist Pact’s personnel with business travel arrangements.
- Control & calculation of travel advances due to Pact policy & Ukrainian legislation,
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Requirements
- Working experience in procurement, accounting and logistical support with preference working for international technical assistance programs.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a complex workload and deadlines.
- Highly effective administrative skills.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Not to exceed 25 days between the period of May 20, 2021 and June 30, 2021.
