Вакансія «Помічник по роботі зі спільнотами»

Міжнародний фонд Terre des hommes (Tdh) (Швейцарія) оголошує конкурс на посаду «Помічник по роботі зі спільнотами» для роботи у м. Сєвєродонецьк Луганської області.

Серед основних обов’язків – надання допомоги у розробці методів оцінки для визначення отримувачів фінансової допомоги у відповідній до повноважень місцевості, а також проведення оцінки економічних умов проживання та рівня бідності у цільовій місцевості.

Необхідні кваліфікація та навички: здатність мислити комплексно та розуміти потреби регіону, позитивний настрій та відповідні навички спілкування, здатність виконувати роботу відповідної якості та вчасно, володіння російською й українською мовами. Знання англійської вважатиметься перевагою.

International organization on child protection and health care Terre des hommes (Tdh) is seeking for field assistants.
Location: Sieverodonetsk, Luhansk oblast’
Position Type: Full-time
Deadline: as soon as possible
Duration of the project: four month (January – April 2016)
Core Functions / Responsibilities:

• Assists in developing the project evaluation and assessment tools (questionnaires, application forms etc.) for identification of project beneficiaries of in-kind assistance in his/her respective area
• Conducts evaluation exercise of household economic condition and poverty level in his/her target area
• Shares information with the supervisor on activities implemented at local level (urban and rural areas) by the state and non-state actors (district social policy departments, INGO, NGO etc) on related activities carried out to respond needs of beneficiaries in his/her respective area
• Provides information for consolidation of base line data of target beneficiaries
• Updates supervisor on field visits findings, achievements and constrains
• Ensures timely delivery of assistance, provides updates and reports to the supervisor on achievements and constraints met during the implementation process
• Prepares detailed reports on a regular basis on project activity progress.

• Fluency in Russian, Ukrainian and English.
