Children of Heroes is a Ukrainian charity helping children who have lost one or both parents due to the Russian war in Ukraine. 

Our vision is to ensure that Ukraine’s children of heroes find hope, opportunity, a path to happiness, shaping a free and prosperous nation.

Children of Heroes charity fund seeks a Head of Digital who will build sustainable digital function in our Fund and will drive high level of donations through different digital channels in targeted markets. 

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing omni channel eco system using different digital marketing tools 
  • Form a strategic approach to guide potential supporters or donors through various stages of engagement online, ultimately leading them to take actions and maximizing ROI: making one time or monthly donation 
  • Organize an efficient workflow of all digital marketing channels that would be integrated in the digital marketing funnel. Enhance the customer journey automation with the help of the digital team efficient collaboration
  • Manage all aspects of digital campaigns in targeted markets with the objective to ensure growth of individual donations level through digital channels
  • Establish a robust reporting system to track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and performance indicators transparently across the organization
  • Create a sufficient strategy to generate and grow amount of monthly donors
  • Control of the implementation of all SMM functions as a component of the digital funnel on all placements of the fund (FB, Instagram, Linkedin): implementation of lead generation tools and increasing the ER ratio
  • Introduce initiatives to optimize SMM at the level of adding new social networks and mob applications, such as X, Tik-Tok and relaunching the existing You Tube channel
  • Execute established KPIs, strategic and tactical goals in the SMM stream
  • Ensure proper work of the corporate website site: provision of relevant content, UI/UX, SEO optimization, relaunch of the existing site
  • Set up the CRM system and its synchronization with the website and email service
  • Manage payment systems
  • Coach and lead the team of PPC manager, E-mail Marketing Manager, SMM Manager, Designer, Copywriter and external digital suppliers 

Requirements: 

  • Significant experience in leading teams encompassing website development, user experience, content design and digital marketing, ideally with projects for EU/US markets
  • 5+ years’ experience leading teams to deliver, implement and evaluate digital strategies with demonstrated impact
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta etc.
  • An understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, direct marketing
  • In-depth knowledge of building digital funnels and forecasting results
  • Understanding of software development processes web, Front-end, Back-end, UI/UX
  • English upper intermediate+
