The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine jointly with StrategEast  are looking for a passionate person, who will be focusing on partnership development with BigTech Companies and international financial institutions and global development agencies.

Our candidate is an experienced, ambitious, self-motivated professional with critical thinking, who knows how to develop and implement the highly effective, focused, sustainable and scalable projects with delivering impact at local levels and have the potential to unlock greater change.

Business communication skills and fluent English/Ukrainian are required.

Legal background would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project planning and quality implementation.
• Maintain open and effective communication amongst all Parties and project team members.
• Oversee day-to-day coordination and delivery of project activities in line with the program work-plan and in full coordination with project staff and national and local authorities as well as other partners.
• Manage and evaluate project contractors performance.
• Any other duties as assigned by the leads to enable and develop related projects.
