Fundraiser specialist, UST Chernihiv Regional Office / Фандрейзер/ка Чернігівського регіонального офісу UST

The UkraineSupportTeam (UST) is launching an open call for the position of Fundraiser specialist at UST Chernihiv Regional Office.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the donor community in the region, including local and international organizations, funds, etc.
• Lead fundraising meetings and consultations with potential donors and partners.
• Assist in attracting new funds for rebuilding and development projects for local GoU and civil society in the region (contribute to draft proposals of local projects for donors, match local needs with donors).
• Research and evaluate new fundraising techniques.

Requirements:

• Experience in fundraising: 1 year+
• Proved successful fundraising cases (described or provided with CV) will be acknowledged as a benefit.
• Knowledge of English is a must (no less than upper-intermediate).

Location: Chernihiv.

About project:

The UkraineSupportTeam (UST) is a coalition of civil society organizations and experts at both national and regional levels. The team works to support and strengthen local governments in regions affected by Russian aggression, focusing on addressing the immediate challenges of wartime. This includes energy security, territory recovery and development, and access to education and healthcare.

UST currently has teams deployed in the Chernihiv and Mykolayiv regions, collaborating closely with military administrations and local authorities. These teams aim to form comprehensive assessments of needs and make informed decisions that enable more effective use of resources to aid in the recovery of affected regions.

UST was launched by BRDO in November 2022.
