Deloitte is seeking resumes for qualified candidates to serve as Photographer to provide visual support to the USAID Health Reform Support project’s activities. The position will be part-time (February 2019 –  September 2019) and based in Kyiv, Ukraine.

         1. Project Background and Summary:

The purpose of the USAID Health Reform Support  is to support a transparent, accountable, and effective health care system that is capable of meeting the health needs of the Ukrainian people. Advancing health sector reforms, enhancing transparency, and tackling corruption will reduce out-of-pocket payments and improve access and availability of high quality, evidence-based health care services for Ukrainians. Elimination of corruption is a cross-cutting theme across all objectives to be achieved by this activity, which include:

1. Improve health sector governance.
2. Support the transformation of the healthcare financing model.
3. Strengthen the health workforce.
4. Enhance transparency, accountability and responsiveness of the health care system.
5. Improve service delivery system at all levels.

         2. Objective

The Photographer will provide service of ensuring visual coverage of the events and activities.

         3. Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the Photographer will be following:

• Capturing a wide range of photo materials (event capture, training sessions capture, interview capture)
• Securing the production of exciting and innovative photo content
• Ensuring that all requests and instructions from USAID Health Reform Support pertaining to photography requirements are fulfilled
• Editing photography to a high standard suitable for websites / printed materials
• Managing deadlines and fast-paced brief tasks

4. Qualification requirements:

•  A good understanding of photography and videography techniques with the desire and passion to continuously advance your knowledge
• At least 5-years of proven work experience as photographer with online media, printed media, TV and information agencies
• Experience working as photographer with international organizations, WBG Projects, USAID Projects and Government will be a plus
• Online photographer reportage portfolio
• Excellent interpersonal communicational and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multitude tasks
• Excellent time management
• Willingness to travel to shoots

        5. Expected position duration and workload:

The expected period of performance for this position will be from February 2019 to September 2019. The anticipated level of effort for this position will be on required hours basis.
