FHI 360 шукає Consultant on Clients HIV Risk Segmentation and Statistical Data Analysis

FHI 360 serves as the lead technical partner on USAID Ukraine’s Community Action for HIV Control (CAHC) Activity. This program will advance Ukraine’s progress toward its 95-95-95 HIV goals and reduce the HIV burden.

FHI 360 invites qualified candidates to participate in the selection of Consultant on Clients HIV Risk Segmentation and Statistical Data Analysis. The consultant will conduct statistical analysis, modeling and clients’ risk segmentation using programmatic data generated by CAHC’s NGO partners. The clients’ risk segmentation approach uses characteristics of the sub-populations of KP, PP, and newly identified PLHIV to identify the best targets for community-based services, focusing on HIV testing and linkage/ART initiation. Recognizing that CAHC’s regional NGO partners lack the capacity to perform in-depth statistical analysis of the available programmatic data, the consultant and the CAHC team will conduct the clients’ risk segmentation and statistical analysis, modeling using the available programmatic data at the national level. The results will be disseminated to regional NGO partners, and the CAHC team will provide support for interpreting and applying the information.

Price offer shall be provided with cost breakdown according to the instructions in RFP in the format provided in the Price Offer Excel file.
