NRC Ukraine is looking for Human Resources Technical officer.
In this exciting role you will be working with NRC employees and will be responsible for day to day implementation of HR and Administrative functions in the Area office.
Our ideal applicant has:
Experience from working as a HR Officer in a humanitarian/recovery context would be an advantage
Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities (previous HR experience of 2 years, Admin experience of 1 year)
Good knowledge of English, Russian and Ukrainian
Pro-active approach and willingness to learn
Your main responsibilitites will be:
Ensure compliance with NRC HR policies/procedures and SOPs and the local labor law at the office
Participate in a full cycle of staff recruitment
On office level coordinate exits, onboarding, inductions, performance management and trainings etc.
Ensure that staff records are up to date and filed appropriately
Ensure information is uploaded to 1C and MeDoc
Ensure record of timesheets and overtimes is kept correctly
Work closely with Finance Department in terms of reporting to authorities
Prepare periodic HR reports (Recruitment tracker, access system, annual leave balance)
Ensure correct staff payroll
Take part in other HR projects (revision of grades, salary scales, staff wellbeing etc.).
Have knowledge of HR systems specifically 1C and be able to work with it in absence of HR technical staff
Implement the support function according to plan of action
Be responsible for filing electronic and hard copies in line with NRC filing system
Follow up on leases and contracts with relevant authorities, suppliers and mobilizers
General follow up (ad-hoc) of the NRC office and apartments and ensure that utility bills are paid
Organize welcome service for new staff and visitors to Area Offices (make sure proper information is passed and Welcome packages are updated and shared with staff and visitors)
Regularly update CO staff contact lists and share with all staff on monthly basis
