Title of the project: “NONFORMAL enlights RURAL”
The mobility starts on 15.07.2019 and ends on 11.01.2020
Information of organization: AIDE association is a youth organization from Ramnicu Valcea, Romania, it was founded in 2016 by a group of youth determined to make a positive change in the community through European projects of volunteering. AIDE is a set of words in Romanian, it can be translated like this: A-AID, I-INTEGRATE, D-DEVELOP, E-EVOLVE This is a description of the NGO regarding the name https://www.facebook.com/asociatia.aide/?ref=bookmarks
Volunteers activities include:
- Non-formal activities of developing communication in English and entrepreneurial behavior for children from the rural area of Valcea County
- Media activities (publishing the pictures from the activities with a description of the activities)
- Intercultural workshops about each country
- Campaigns about the European projects in the high-schools from Valcea county
- Making new youth programs in the community aside from the local volunteers and youth workers
- Supporting the organization in implementing the projects approved, IT support by promoting the web page of the Ngo, social support by making a blog with their opinion about Romania and the life in Ramnicu Valcea, a hashtag of the project with photos and videos from activities and their free time.
- Active participation in local community regarding sport, arts and social networking for local young people
- Workshops of informing young people about European mobilities especially EVS stages.
Activity schedule for July 2019-January 2020
- Monday –Weekly meeting (discussions about the weekly activities and short evaluation about the last week activities).
- Tuesday and Friday – Activities in rural schools. September-Getting to know each other. October- Self-esteem, and self-reflection. November-Sharing traditions. December The meaning of Christmas.
- Thursday – Media activities (publishing the pictures from the activities with a description of the activities).
- Wednesday Intercultural workshops about each country / Campaigns about the European projects in the high-schools from Valcea county / Other workshops with local volunteers etc.
