Database Assistant – Асистент з бази даних

Under overall guidance of the Chief of Mission and direct supervision of the Senior CT Programme Officer, the incumbent will be assisting with the reintegration of victims of trafficking.

Core Functions / Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with the organization of trainings, workshops, conferences especially as relates to reintegration of victims of trafficking and capacity building of the implementing partners.
  1. Draft contracts in line with IOM requirements and procedures.
  1. Assist the reintegration unit with data entry into the MiMOSA database.
  1. Provide analysis of database information as requested.
  1. Assist with informal translation and interpretation functions as needed.
  1. Assist in implementing anti-trafficking programme activities, as assigned.
  1. Perform such other duties as may be assigned.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education

  • High school degree or equivalent with four years of professional work experience preferably in policy and legislation development, government liaison and human rights.

OR

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited academic institution (preferably in in social sciences, political science, international law or other relevant field) with two years of professional work experience.

Experience

  • Work experience with a national NGO or an international organization in an administrative capacity an advantage.
  • General knowledge of the counter-trafficking field in Ukraine an asset.

Languages

Fluency in English, Ukrainian and Russian is required.
