Chemonics International Inc. відкриває вакансію адміністративного асистента в Програмі USAID “Конкурентоспроможна економіка України”.

Chemonics International, a global consulting and international development firm, seeks project administration professionals for the USAID-funded Competitive Economy Program. This is a five-year program will encourage startup businesses and small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), increase domestic market competition, and support the competitiveness of Ukrainian firms in international markets. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.

Chemonics is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant with the following roles and responsibilities and qualifications:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supports the project director and technical team, including arranging travel, visas, hotel accommodations, project drivers’ schedules, visa processing, etc. for all project-related travel;
  • Supports the project director in schedule coordination and preparation of meeting briefs;
  • Maintain administrative systems, including but not limited to communication logs and filing systems. Records meeting minutes at all pertinent meetings and distributes to appropriate team members. Works with the Project Management Unit to update field office files, as needed;
  • Monitors the front desk, receiving incoming calls, greeting project visitors, and informing the relevant parties of visitor arrivals; and
  • Provides administrative support before and during workshops, meetings, and conferences, including logistics coordination and material preparation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience supporting senior leadership preferred.
  • Experience in administrative duties preferred.
  • Interest in learning about international development and technical areas preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to treat information with discretion and show sensitivity in communications.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to condense information, as well as strong communications skills.
  • Strong administrative skills, word-processing abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask and prioritize as part of a fast-moving team.
  • Ability to travel with project leadership for meetings.
  • Proficiency in English and Ukrainian required.
