Dear Sir / Madam,
NGO Mental Health Service is the lead implementer of the project “Psychological support to people affected by war”, funded by the Evangelisches Werk für Diakonie und Entwicklung e. V. for Brot für die Welt.
We are concluding the first year of this project on December 31, 2025 and would like to receive your proposal for a local expenditure audit. The project implementation phase is February 01, 2025 – December 31, 2027.

Please submit a technical proposal, which reflects your experience in conducting such inspections, its schedule and a detailed financial proposal. All the documents have to be in English.
Your proposal will be evaluated based on:
- relevant previous experience;
- quality of the offer;
- proposed time frames;
- experience and language of staff;
- the offer costs.
The deadline for your proposal is June 10, 2025.
