Надання бухгалтерських послуг у рамках довгострокової рамкової угоди
Федеральне міністерство економічного співробітництва та розвитку Німеччини (BMZ) доручило German Sparkassenstiftung for International Cooperation (German Sparkassenstiftung або “DSIK”) реалізацію проєкту «Регіональний проєкт для сталої трансформації фінансових секторів Албанії, Вірменії, Грузії, Косова, Молдови та України» («Проєкт»).
German Sparkassenstiftung прагне покращити доступ до фінансових послуг у сільській місцевості та їх використання для мікро-, малих і середніх компаній (ММСП). Таким чином, головною метою проєкту є покращення доступу ММСП у сільській місцевості до орієнтованого на майбутнє сталого ринку фінансових послуг та збільшення використання стабільних фінансових послуг, що керуються попитом, що сприяє соціально-екологічним перетворенням у країнах проєкту.
У зв’язку з цим, компанія German Sparkassenstiftung Ukraine шукає професійного партнера для надання наступних основних бухгалтерських послуг у рамках довгострокової рамкової угоди:
The Representative Office of German Sparkassenstiftung for International Cooperation in Ukraine (DSIK) is calling for proposals for provision of accounting services.
Background & Objective
The German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) has commissioned German Sparkassenstiftung for International Cooperation (German Sparkassenstiftung or “DSIK”) with the realization of the project “Regional project for the sustainable transformation of the financial sectors of Albania, Armenia, Georgia, Kosovo, Moldova, and Ukraine” (“Project”).
German Sparkassenstiftung aims to improve access to and use of financial services in rural areas for micro, small, and medium-sized companies (“MSME”). The project thus has the main objective to improve the access for rural MSME to a future-oriented, sustainable financial services market and to increase the use of demand-driven and sustainable financial services, which contribute to a socio-ecological transformation in the project countries.
Against this background, DSIK Ukraine is looking for a professional partner to deliver the following basic accounting services under a long-term framework agreement:
Terms of Reference
Duration of Services: start from January 2026
Scope of Work
- Commercial and tax accounting (commercial accounting reflection of transactions according to UA-GAAP, tax accounting according to tax code of Ukraine)
- HR and payroll (e.g. relevant staff and salary orders, salary calculations +payments, holiday calculations, input into 1S database)
- Reporting (in compliance with UA-GAAP and accounting policy, tax code of Ukraine)
- Consulting
- Document Management (e.g. storage of originals of primary documents)
- Controlling
For effective communication during provision of the accounting services key personnel should have full professional proficiency of Ukrainian, and English languages.
The volume of expected DSIK activities is approximately as follows:
- Currently 5 employees
- Currently 1 car
- Up to 50 incoming invoices per month
- 4 bank accounts with up to 100 monthly transactions
- Up to 3 international payments per month
- Up to 5 purchases of fixed assets per months
- Up to 3business trips per month
- UP to 3 Commissioning/decommissioning/Transfer of non-current assets/assembling
- 2 hours per months basic accounting consulting
