Pact is implementing a project, Community Action for HIV Control. The project goal is to accelerate Ukraine’s effort to achieve epidemic control by 2030 through improved prevention, testing, and linkage to care among individuals/persons/populations at high risk of HIV infection or living with HIV.

Pact is inviting qualified consultants to apply for providing support to Pact M&E team to strengthen monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems.
