DKH Ukraine is part of the Evangelisches Werk für Diakonie und Entwicklung e.V. (EWDE), an umbrella organization with a nationwide established Social Service Agency, one of the biggest welfare institutions in Germany.
DKH Ukraine invites candidates to take part at Country strategic planning session as Facilitator.
Main goals and objectives: To assist DKH Ukraine with the development of Country Strategy plan for 2024-2027 that: identifies what the organization intends to accomplish in the next 3 years; prioritizes its programs according to community needs; ensures that the programs are aligned with the organization’s mission and vision.
The Country Strategy planning process has to involve all DHK Ukraine staff members, local partners of DKH Ukraine and colleagues from DKH Berlin (Headquarters). The Country Strategy planning will consist of 3 workshops and preparatory and follow up assignments.
Scope of the services:
- Conduct interviews with DKH Ukraine staff, local partners organizations
- Preparation for workshops according to workshop plans
- Facilitate workshops
- Provide conclusions after workshops
- Develop homework for workshops participants
- Provide general report after workshops
- Consultation and support Senior Management Team in the process of development Country Strategy
Format: online and offline
Type of contract: Individual contract (civil-low contract or Individual entrepreneur)
Place of Performance: Kyiv
Dates of Performance: 1st Workshop – one day during 3d week of January 2024, 2d Workshop-one day during 2nd week of February 2024, 3d Workshop – one day during 4th week on February 2024
