Short description of position: The Bohdan Hawrylyshyn Family Foundation is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and manage the foundation’s key projects at all stages of development. The Project Manager will work closely with the BHFF team to ensure the successful implementation of the foundation’s 4 main projects: “Ukrainian Youth Delegate to the UN”, “Young Generation will Change Ukraine” program, All-Ukrainian Human Responsibility Day, and Responsibility Award.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the foundation’s key projects at all stages of development.
• Prepare program activities (offline and online) for key BHFF projects.
• Maintain monthly plans and reports, as well as the annual project budget.
• Communicate with representatives of partner donor organizations, state bodies, educational institutions and businesses to ensure effective project implementation.
• Develop and maintain effective collaboration with program partners, including NGOs, government officials, civil society and media groups, and other program stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate projects, and adjust them in accordance with the agreed strategy.
• Organize and hold events within the programs, and manage project teams (local coordinators, delegates, etc.) and program participants.
• Manage communication with contractors within the project.
• Set technical tasks for graphic designers, programmers, photographers, and videographers together with the Communication Manager.
• Develop key indicators of project effectiveness, and monitor the implementation of quantitative and qualitative indicators together with Grant Manager and donor team.
• Organize the process of selecting project participants and create a system for selecting project participants (educational projects and Responsibility Award).
• Prepare descriptive reports on projects and financial reports together with the accountant.

Your Background & Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong command of spoken and written English, Ukrainian.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and responsibility.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to be flexible and respond to a rapidly changing program environment.
• Passion for the foundation’s mission and values.

The Bohdan Hawrylyshyn Family Foundation is currently operating remotely, but the presence in Ukraine and the willingness to work from the office in Kyiv is important. We offer a competitive salary and opportunities to grow and develop within the Foundation.
