Вакансія: Data Entry officer
Terre des Hommes Italy (TDH IT), member of Terre des hommes International Federation, works in 21 developing countries implementing projects and activities for the benefit of more than 3 million people. TDH IT implements relief and humanitarian projects in the fields of education, protection, PSS and child rights. Terre des Hommes Italy works in Ukraine since 2022.
ROLE PURPOSE:
The Data Entry officer (DEO) will support the Country Representative and Project Managers with data entry, data collection and reporting. The Data Entry Officer will support TDH IT management team in monitoring project’s activities on a daily basis and providing informed feedback to their local partners, stockholders to facilitate responsive, on-the-ground adjustments. The DEO will provide update data to ensure high-quality, accountable reporting and information to stakeholders and donors.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Assist the Project Managers in monthly data collection and enter data into Activity info and other TDH IT internal reporting platform.
- Cleaning and analysis including monitoring of accuracy of data collected, cross-checking data collected in the field.
- Ensure effective data management through recording daily, weekly and monthly statistics on project activities.
- Collect qualitative and quantitative data, including indicators and GPS coordinates, using tools aligned with the Activity Info platform, Kobo Collect, donor requirements, and TDH IT reporting module.
- Review and analyze data collected in the field or office to ensure alignment with project goals and requirements.
- Collaborate with the project team, field staff and provide training on basic IT skills and data-entry activities.
- Continuously monitor the quality and accuracy of data collected in the field.
- Development of the aggregated data dashboard and reporting Review case information during follow-up visits to facilitate analysis and decision-making.
- Secure all project-related information by performing regular database backups.
- Combine and algin survey results with on-going project data for cohesive reporting.
Professional Requirements
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite particularly Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of KOBO toolbox platform
- Knowledge in Data Analysis
- Knowledge of Cloud Services
- Knowledge of the Humanitarian sector and processes
Languages
Fluent in Ukrainian and English (written and spoken).
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree/College degree in computer science/statistic or similar
- Previous Experience in data management
- Previous experience with local NGO or INGOs
