Вакансія: Consultant to prepare lecture materials and conduct trainings on several topics on immunization

Swiss TPH is co-implementing a USAID-funded project Public Health System Recovery and Resilience Activity. The primary goal of PHS R&R is to strengthen the Government of Ukraine (GoU)’s capacity to prevent, detect and respond to public health threats, sustain critical public health services during a crisis, and protect the health of all Ukrainians including vulnerable and marginalized groups.

Swiss TPH is looking for specialized consultants to prepare lecture materials and conduct training on several topics. These include the basics of immune response, covering «Basics of Immune Response», «Vaccine-preventable infections», «Emergency immunization», «Contraindications and precautions for vaccination», «Vaccination Organization in Pharmacies and Conducting Vaccination Sessions».

The training is titled “Vaccination in Pharmacies.” 03-07 February, 2025.

Main purpose of consultancy/technical support

• Create comprehensive and engaging training materials in the form of presentations for the topics: covering «Basics of Immune Response», «Vaccine-preventable infections», «Emergency immunization», «Contraindications and precautions for vaccination», «Vaccination Organization in Pharmacies and Conducting Vaccination Sessions». These materials should be designed to effectively communicate the key concepts and ensure that the target audience is able to understand and apply the information presented. The presentations should include relevant visuals, data, and examples to support the training sessions. Additionally, they should be structured in a clear, logical manner to facilitate learning and ensure the participants’ engagement throughout the sessions.
• The trainer should conduct six sessions using the developed presentations. The first session should last 1 hour, the second session 1 hour, the third session 30 minutes, and the fourth to sixth sessions should each last 2 hours. The trainer should ensure that each session is engaging and informative, allowing for discussions and participant interaction.
• The trainer should provide support throughout all five days of the training, addressing participant questions, and ensuring that the content is delivered effectively. The trainer will also need to provide clarification or additional information as needed during each session.

Period of performance: January 2025 – February 2025.

Requirements for the consultant (trainer):

• Develop professional presentations tailored to the training topics, using the designated template provided by the organizers.
• Ensure that each slide includes detailed speaker notes or a description to guide the trainers on what to explain or elaborate on during the session.
• Adapt the content to meet the needs of the target audience, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and engagement.
• Incorporate visuals, infographics, and structured information to enhance understanding and support effective learning.
