Вакансія: Become a RedR UK Associate Trainer

RedR UK is recruiting qualified, experienced individuals to join our pool of Associate Trainers and Consultants.

We are looking for experts to contribute to our Humanitarian Crisis Response in Ukraine and neighbouring countries. Our Associate Trainers are engaged in many ways, including developing new training materials, facilitating training courses and hosting capacity building events.

Our current priority is to recruit trainers with expert level knowledge in Humanitarian Project Cycle management, Humanitarian Ethics and Principles, Humanitarian Coordination, Data Collection, Storage and Handling, Gender-based violence, Inclusion in humanitarian programming, Safety, security and well-being, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Community engagement/communication, Management of Collective Centres/Displacement Sites, as well as trainers fluent in Ukrainian, Polish, Romanian, Slovak or Russian languages, or with extensive programmatic experience in the Eastern European region.

If you are an experienced humanitarian, are familiar with adult learning, participatory training approaches, can deliver group presentations, manage group dynamics, and enable a group to learn together, especially remotely or online, then we would like to hear from you. 

RedR UK will provide training, coaching and mentoring support to successful candidates, access to RedR UK training materials, and an opportunity to deliver RedR UK training courses immediately upon completion of the onboarding.
