Job title: Training manager

Job Type: Full-time with 40-hours working week until October of 2019 with the possibility of extension. Regular travels to the project areas are required.

(bbw Group) is looking for 2 qualified professionals for the project “Integration of IDPs and other conflict affected people in Dnipro and Kharkiv regions through Vocational re-trainings” to fill the position of the training managers.

Project

Project “Integration of IDPs and other conflict affected people in Dnipro and Kharkiv regions through Vocational re-trainings” provides short- and medium-term re-training courses in close cooperation with civil society, public and private sectors through VET schools. The project aims to improve employability of IDPs and other conflict affected people.

Training manager area of responsibilities

•  Coordinating project activities in the field of short- and medium-term re-trainings including participant acquisition and work placement.
•  Establishing of cooperation with regional or/and local VET in Dnipro and Kharkiv regions respectively.
•  Liaising with project partners mainly on regional level to plan and implement project activities.
•  Preparing and implementing project activities such as conferences, workshops, study-visits, etc.
•  Elaboration of technical documents for project activities.
•  Documenting of project results, reporting to the project office in Germany.

Requirements to candidates

•  Master’s Degree in Economics, Social Sciences or equivalent qualification preferably with a focus on labor market; employment promotion; training activities.
•  At least 5 years of professional experience in employment promotion and/or vocational training.
•  Experience in establishing and maintaining business relations, strong communication skills.
•  Good knowledge of English or/and German language. Russian and Ukrainian are required.
•  Good working knowledge of computer applications (e.g. MS Office).
•  Willingness to work in an international team.
•  Good self-organisation skills.
•  Customer and service-oriented attitude.
•  Willingness to upskill as required by the tasks to be performed.
•  Ability to work under pressure.
